Eroxon is applied to the head of the penis, where the gel evaporates, with this evaporation stimulates vascular and neural nerve endings by rapidly cooling and warming the area. The release of nitric oxide is also how other erectile dysfunction (ED) treatments such as Viagra work, but they have the disadvantage of relaxing blood vessels in the entire body, since they are taken orally and not applied directly.
